Ou Cheng Ji Wonton Noodles, a iconic Cantonese delicacy in Guangzhou, was established in the 1940s and renowned for its handmade shrimp wontons and bamboo-pressed noodles, earning a reputation as one of the "Four Great Wonton Noodle Masters."
