Failed Cab Flame Agate

Cutting this cabochon Flame Agate stone with beautiful colors failed. It had factures and I thought that I could over come them. In the end I failed to produce a great Cab. This happens from time to time, even after using super glue to stabilize the stone another are cracked off in the end. In the comments tell me about the times you have had a stone fail.
