Ram learns that Amarnath is scared of Vicky's grandfather as he used to terrorise Amarnath when he was alive. Ram immediately informs Vicky about the news and Vicky comes up with a plan to bring the ghost family under his control. Vicky disguises himself as his deceased grandfather and confronts Amarnath telling him to stop bothering his grandson and his business. Amarnath agrees to serve Vicky like he served his grandfather. From the next day, Vicky puts Amarnath and his family to the maximum use. How long can Vicky continue this new scheme? Find out!

Having ruined all their money in the share market, Vicky and Ram are on the hunt for a new beginning in their lives. That's when Vicky obtains the keys to his grandfather's old bungalow. Vicky and Ram decide to convert the bungalow into a guest house and earn some money to repay their debts. However, their lives are about to be changed as they come face to face with Amarnath and his ghost family who have made the bungalow as their den. Years back, Amarnath was Vicky's grandfather's servant and according to a previous promise given to his master, he cannot harm Vicky. Nevertheless, Amarnath wants Vicky out of the mansion so that he can go on scaring innocent people. Here begins an utterly entertaining and comical story of Vicky vs Amarnath AKA Man vs Ghost!
