The Dua of ʻUkāshah is one of the amazing prayers whose recitation and keeping has many virtues. As narrated and mentioned by the Prophet (ﷺ), reciting the Dua of ʻUkāshah makes the poor rich, heals the sick, satisfies the hungry, quenches the thirsty, gladdens the sorrowful, and settles the debt of the indebted. Also, writing it on a deceased person’s shroud illuminates his grave. The Dua of ʻUkāshah is one of the highly virtuous prayers that Gabriel brought down from Allah to the Holy Prophet.
