The Ratha Yatra is called as a Chariot Festival considered as a Oldest & Largest festival Hindu festival.
This Ratha Yatra Celebrated annually on the Bright half of Lunar Month of Ashadh ( June-July)
Famous Ratha Yatra is held at the city of Puri in the State Of Odisha.
During This festival lord Jagannath and His Brother Balabhadra and Sister Subhadra are drawn by Multitude of Devotees in Three massive Wooden Chariots on Bada danda From Srimandir To Maa Gundicha Temple.
Three Chariots name is Nandighosh Rath ( Lord Jagannath)
Taladhwaj Rath ( Lord balabhadra )
Devadalan Rath ( Subhadra )
It Believed that the pulling of the chariots brings indivisual happiness and prosperity.
