This is a dystopian ambient song using a tasty chips electronics GR-1 Granular Synthesizer soundscapes generated by own samples. The Rhythm is generated by a Korg Volca Sample through a Lastgasp Art Laboratories Tone Mosaique Envelope Pixelizer. The fluttering alien-like sound is a Yamaha TG77 with my patch based on an AWM-sourced FM sound. The piano is from a Roland XV-5050.
I used for the recording the following FX pedals:
Hungry Robot Pedals The Wardenclyffe Deluxe, Lastgasp Art Laboratories Tone Mosaique, Alesis Ampliton, Pigtronix Echolution² Deluxe and a GFI System Specular Reverb². Depending on the recorded track some FX are deactivated.
The signal went through a Presonus StudioLive 16.0.2 into the PC via USB for recording. To create the complete song I recorded consecutively several stereo tracks. The final song was then mastered with a bit EQ and compression on some tracks and some limiting on the master track using iZotope Ozone . The picture in the video I created with Midjourney.
