This is not a Vietnamese dish, but this is a commonly-made dish in our house because you only need a few ingredients!
1 pound of penne pasta
2 shallots
5-6 garlic cloves
1 small can of tomato paste (6 oz.)
1/2 cup Vodka
1 cup of heavy cream (could use up to 1.5 cup of heavy cream)
Grated parmesan cheese
Chili flakes
