This cheat code allows for the player and all the CPU karts to go the maximum speed at all times. This makes for an interesting race, as speed up items and boosts can be rendered useless. Snaking is also useless. I stopped a few times here and there and generally wasn't trying hard so that the CPU could catch up; their rubberband AI is sort of nullified because everyone is at the same speed, so they don't catch up as brokenly as they do in the vanilla version. It's still fun to see all the karts at the same pace and general area as opposed to each one being five meters away from each other too. It also makes 4-player races a lot more entertaining. Using it alongside the random items cheat code also adds to the fun, but I didn't showcase that in this playthrough.
I might plan on doing a complete walk through with this cheat equipped on, maybe with the repainted version of this game.
