fair1 bair1 launch difference

fair 1/2 and bair 1/2 both are great tools for mk in this game. here's the height difference in where they send. there are lots of combos out of both of these, but fair 1/2 notably can send characters higher at earlier percents, so you can use it to get ladders at kill percents. can also be used to force fastfalling characters to go up higher at later percents. bair 1/2 sends low so it's better for comboing into moves that are close to the ground. again, lots of combo potential and some kill confirms. it also sends in tumble so you can start a tech chase if you want to make a risk for a potential kill
