Featurette from Shout! Factory's 2006 DVD set "Inspector Gadget - The Original Series". Inspector Gadget co-creator Andy Heyward and production assistant Mike Maliani talk about the early development and production of the series. Interestingly, some of the information Heyward states is a direct contradiction to what he said in a different interview two years before, namely "Ask Andy" on UAV's DVD "Inspector Gadget - The Gadget Files". In this 2006 interview, Heyward says that Gary Owens was the first voice actor to be cast as Gadget, and that they then tried Jesse White, before finally getting Don Adams. In the 2004 featurette "Ask Andy", however, Heyward stated that Jesse White was the first to be cast, then Gary Owens and finally Don Adams.
