Research shows that finding content and information is one of the main challenges for almost every organization – people tell us they don’t know where to search for what, or even when to search.
They often don’t feel confident that the results they get are the best bets.
To meet these needs be able to access a large quantity of data, analyze them and extract relevant content automatically.
Considering this Microsoft introduced last fall SharePoint Syntex.
SharePoint Syntex uses advanced AI and machine teaching to amplify human expertise, automate content processing, and transform content into knowledge.
Syntex has continued to evolve. In this session we'll discuss the many updates to the model service and highlight some of the new capabilities coming soon.

In this session I will provide an overview of Shared channels in Microsoft Teams from a practical point of view reviewing everything that is required in order to get them working and some architectural aspects to be considered before start using them.
