A better way to store food is to shop where the pros shop, restaurant supply stores. Cash & Carry is a national chain that is open to the public. Many things are packaged in bulk, but their kitchen supplies, tools, and storage containers are a wonderful option for those who are tired of the hassle of digging through a drawer of mismatched containers and lids. I prefer glass to plastic when it comes to food storage, but for the camper, items held in the refrigerator short term and large quantity storage, the stainless steel hotel pans in various sizes and the Cambro bins are my favorite. Lids come in small medium and large and fit a variety of containers ranging from 1/5 qt to 20qt.

You can also find deals on items like muffin tin liners. 500 for $2.20, compare that to the grocery store where 40 of them will likely cost you more. Other great deals: spices, hulled white sesame seeds will cost you $6.19 for 2lbs! Black sesame seeds will run you $6.79 for 2lbs.
