POV: Behind The Scenes At Cheesecake Factory Dubai

Today I’m doing something totally different—this is a new style of content for me, a behind-the-scenes Dubai food vlog, fully unedited and raw. No filters, no fancy edits—just you, me, and the real story behind the food. We visited the Cheesecake Factory in Dubai, and I got full access to their kitchen, their new seasonal menu, and the chaos behind the scenes. If you’ve ever wondered how a place like this operates on such a massive scale, this is your inside look.

I’ve been food blogging in Dubai for years—usually visiting two or three restaurants in Dubai every day and condensing that into 30-second clips for Instagram. But everything is getting shorter and faster now… and I miss sharing the real food stories, the dishes I didn’t love, the ones that blew me away, and most of all—the people and passion behind every plate. That’s why this video is different.

We’re trying Cheesecake Factory’s new menu in Dubai, including exclusive dishes made just for the UAE market (not even available in America yet). We also cover some absolute monsters of portion sizes—think beef kebabs, herb-crusted salmon, bistro burgers and of course, those iconic Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes (yes, including Oreo, Reese’s, and red velvet).

You’ll also get a first look at how the restaurant runs their insane kitchen operations—how they prep everything from scratch, manage orders with precision timing, and how every ingredient from sauces to salad leaves is sourced and handled (yes, a lot of it is actually shipped from the U.S.). This is what goes on behind the food you know and love.
