Today we're going to look at the Head Black Widow 160 racquetball racquet. This racquet is 160 grams and is classified as slightly head-heavy. The grip sizes offered are both 3 5/8ths and 3 7/8ths.

One especially notable thing about this racquet are the cosmetics. This racquet features a paint job that goes from a gloss finish then transitions to matte up toward the head, finally transitioning to a gloss again at the throat.

This particular model employs the CT2 technology. This means that at the throat of the racquet you have corrugated rails on both the inside and the outside. This is in contrast to previous year's models where the corrugated technology was strictly on the outside of the frame.

Another great addition to this year's line is the Inegra material, which is brand new for Head. This material is incorporated into the entire frame of the racquet. It provides additional durability, extra stiffness and vibration reduction. It's the most revolutionary material that head has incorporated into any of their racquets.

Also on this racquet, you'll find both IGS 2 and Power Channels technology. IGS, which stands for Inner-Grommit System, virtually eliminates all outer grommit-holes at both 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock. Power Channels serves the same purpose down at the throat-region where there are no exterior grommit holes. Eliminating these holes creates additional stiffness and structural soundness to the racquet.
