Focusing on your ex’s new boyfriend or the person that she is dating is a trap that a lot of people get stuck in.

They hyper-focus on the rebound relationship and the new boyfriend and that causes them to actually lose sight of what is actually important.

What is important?

It’s the quality of the emotional connection that you share with your ex girlfriend.
