Yep, you heard it correctly. There are no more ACA Hurricane sirens in Illinois. This leaves 2 inactive Hurricanes in Texas and the active one in Milwaukee as the final 3 standing.
Edit: Originally thought this siren had a black paint job. Looked closely again and it turns out it was painted a dark grey similar to how Josh (bearlovesox) painted his T-128.
