Lunar Eclipse Truck Camping Cooking Greek Kebabs

We're truck camping lakeside under a stunning blood moon during the recent lunar eclipse, cooking delicious Greek Kafta Kebabs (Kababs or Kebobs) served with fresh tabouli and homemade tzatziki sauce. The incredible view was briefly interrupted by some rowdy late-night party crashers honking horns and keeping the campground awake until 3 AM. An unexpected windstorm pushed us to break camp earlier than planned, but Preacher, my dog, still managed to squeeze in some happy swim time at the lake.

Kebab Spice Blend Recipe
For 1lb beef or lamb
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Coriander
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp AllSpice
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Kosher salt
