We are proud to share the results that demonstrate the concrete impact of our training on our students' careers.

With 1,155 students placed, RBS has experienced significant growth in career opportunities offered to its students, supported by more than 7894 job postings, an increase of 28.52% over the previous year in partcular 70.7% of students received job offers within the first six months of the Master.
The impact of training is also reflected in salary growth: MBA students saw an average increase of 45% over the previous year and 78% got a salary increase after completing the Master.

These results are possible because we offer our students 7 Career Paths tailored to develop targeted skills, we organize more than 190 career events a year with leading companies, and we collaborate with more than 1400 corporate partners to support our students' entry into the world of work.

🚀And for those who want to become entrepreneurs at Rome Business School, we help you turn your idea into reality with the RBS4Entrepreneurship program.The program has welcomed more than 1375 participants from around the world since its founding in 2021.
210 new ideas have been developed and more than 400 MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) created. These, have generated nearly 500 new job positions and led to the creation of 37 high-quality start-ups, more than 53% of which have already acquired customers.
