Fuel Economy and Range | Suzuki V-Strom SX FAQ #3

The Suzuki engine is pretty fuel efficient. The Tank does appear to be quite small at 12 litres but this doesn't actually make a dent in real world riding. Most owners report close to 420-450km to the tankful and even the hardest of riding still produces 300+km. Inasmuch, neither economy, nor touring range should be a challenge for the Suzuki. It does a good job on this front and there's nothing here that should help or hinder your decision. It does enough.
