KC goes to the Hill Country (Canyon Lake, TX)

Hey yall! I’m back and we’re finally getting back into my travel series- “KC goes to…”!! In this series I challenge my high anxiety arse to get back to doing the things I love and always dreamed about- traveling and enjoying events! I actually leave my house and go places!!

This time my family and I hit the road and headed for the Hill Country in Central Texas! We booked a four day, three night stay at the Holiday Inn Vacation Resort in Canyon Lake, TX back in the winter and had been looking forward to this reprieve for months. While the trip wasn’t what we originally planned thanks to tragic Texas weather, we were still grateful to have been able to go and still support local businesses and explore some of the area unaffected by the flooding from the week before.


I have a backlog to share after taking the past year off of major editing. I’ll be publishing these on Thursdays as throwbacks as I finish them! Yay!
