How to make cold process soap with Rice. Patreon requested soap. Rice milk soap. Lather test

In this video, I show you how to make rice milk soap, including how to make rice milk. The addition of rice to soap was requested by one of my lovely Patreons when I asked what ingredients people would like to see used in soap, the suggestion was for rice milk or rice powder, to see if the powder would add any exfoliation to the bar. I decided to use both in this soap and I test the soap at the end of the video to see if the rice powder does add any exfoliation.
