🍽️ COURSE BREAKDOWN & INGREDIENTS 🍽️
🦐 Appetizer: Garlic Scampi
1kg large scampi
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 lemon
Splash of dry white wine
Soft white bread (for dipping)
🐟 Main: Sea Bass with Mediterranean Veggies
1kg whole sea bass
1kg fingerling potatoes
Cherry tomatoes, capers, olives
Carrots, fennel, onion
Whole garlic head
Rosemary, thyme, lemon
Olive oil, 1 dl dry white wine
Parsley (finishing garnish)

500g apricots (pitted)
2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp butter
250 ml full-fat cream
