DCSEU Affordable Housing Retrofit Accelerator 101 Webinar

The Affordable Housing Retrofit Accelerator is a project of the District Department of Energy & Environment, the DC Sustainable Energy Utility (DCSEU), and the DC Green Bank to help building owners find energy savings opportunities and improve building energy performance. Energy audits, guidance on how to meet the Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS), and the installation of new energy-efficient building equipment are some of the benefits that will be offered. During the webinar, we cover:

Basic understanding of what it means to not meet the BEPS
Basic understanding of Accelerator and its benefits
