God’s promises are so good, so expansive, and so gracious, our minds cannot fully comprehend them. Yet, because he is the making the promise, we know they must be true. Today, we focus on promises that are true every day, even when we can’t see it.
Today marks the end of the Church Year. Next Sunday, November 30, begins the season of Advent in preparation and anticipation of Christ’s birth. Our worship service emphasizes God’s overwhelming promises we can rely on and give thanks for in every season. As we get close to a national day of
Thanksgiving, we are reminded of the reason we can always give thanks. God has promised us far more than we deserve. He wants and works for nothing to separate us from his love.
