Epic story and an emotional performance from one Tom Hanks. The lack of music makes you really feel isolated and that you are with the protagonist on the island. Once the score comes in, tears will definitely follow. The movie was well directed with a cinematography that captures the emotions and nature itself. An absolute masterpiece!

One of my all time favorite films with one of the best and respected actors of all time. In my opinion, Tom Hanks should've gotten his 3rd Oscar for his performance here.
