How to Avoid Broken Spark Plug Ford 3v 4.6L 5.4L Removal Trick Best Method Removing Without Breaking

Here I will be showing you how to remove your 3 valve spark plugs in an older higher mileage Ford. These are the long spark plugs from Ford that are like $15 a piece, they're made in such a way that it's really common for them to break off into the engine when you're trying to take them out. I was able to take out the 3 valve spark plugs without breaking any out of 8. the trick is using a spray lubricant and have the car hot and use an impact, you can do it without an impact but that helps reduce the chances of breaking the spark plug. this is really common for those early 2000 through 2010 ish Fords this one's a Ford Explorer but it was also common in F-150s.

the special tool you want just in case, also I did a lot of research on this particular tool, a lot of the reviews on the cheaper ones said the metal was weak and would strip out, but this one is supposed to be strong metal that holds up...
