To make this bracelet you will need one of any type of loom (you can also make this bracelet on a monster tail. Once I have a tutorial for how to make this bracelet on a monster tail link will be above) about 100 rubber bands in as many colors as you would like, I'd recommend using two or more band colors, a hook, and a c or s clip.
This bracelet is super cute, and pretty simple once you get the hang of it.
