Welcome to the Institute of Ecotechnics!

We´re a planetwide, decades-spanning collective exploring the harmonies of Ecology and Technics with a focus on Synergy - a catchy word meaning 'work together'.

For over fifty years, many of the journeys, stories, experiments, steps, and day-to-day lives that make up our rich history have, been recorded in every format you might imagine - up to and including the latest phone and cameras of today, as we continue to add to a unique Archive now overflowing.

The most immediate stage of our a wider mission is to take the preservation of our Archive to the next levels of safety and usability, and ensure this diverse wealth of material becomes accessible to all for generations to come.

Why We Need Your Support:
• Digitization: We must digitize thousands of documents, photographs, and artifacts to protect them from deterioration and make them accessible online.
• New Equipment: We need state-of-the-art scanning and storage equipment to handle a range of delicate and aging materials with the care they deserve, and at our own pace and cost.
• Storage: Preserve protect materials, plus provide easy access via online-based systems.

How You Can Help:
1. Donate: Every financial contribution, big or small, makes a difference. Your donations will go directly towards purchasing new equipment, digitizing our collections, and in time supporting our Archivists and their creative collaborators in their wide work.
2. Share: Spread the word! Share this video with friends, family, and anyone passionate about preserving history, ecotechnics, synergy, adventure, or a bright and bountiful future.
3. Volunteer: Join our team! We're always looking for dedicated volunteers to help with our projects. Some projects only need people 'ready, willing and able', while others need specific expertise.
