moving to Sweden - self care in times of change

I can't believe I finally reached Sweden, it's been a long journey to get here.
I decided to live in a nordic country for a while, escaping this climate of folly we are all experiencing these days.
My new life in this cute Swedish cottage is way beyond the expectations I had for this big move. Every day a bit more, I find myself a little closer to my soul. Deeper into the wild.
The past months have been so crazy and full... I literally feel wiped out these days. I really wanted to share this self care routine with you all, and I'm truly hoping it will invite you on taking care of your beautiful, - probably winter drained - soul.
