➤ WHY HAS IT TAKEN ME THIS LONG TO DO A GOLDENEYE COVER?!?!?!

I absolutely love this game and its ost. I remember playing this game as a kid and my parents being like "what the hell, why are you shooting these poor people". It was so revolutionary at the time and I put so many hours of my childhood into the story line as well as getting my ass kicked by my babysitter on Archives with rockets only.

I figured it was time to hit up this gem of a soundtrack. Runway is one of my favorite themes from the game because of it's beautifully memorable melody as well as that eerie background hook that creeps through the entire piece. It's so atmosphereic, well made, and in my opinion, it sets the tone for the entire game.

I wanted to make my arrangement just groovy and fun but also heavy as can be. I experimented a lot with some fun djenty rhythm parts during the verses but also opened it up with some melodic chords to hopefully add some dynamics to the arrangement.

I also hope you guys enjoyed the solo I added to the verse riff. I couldn't resist shredding around that groove!

I hope you all enjoyed this cover as much as I enjoyed making it! I promise I won't keep you waiting another multiple years for another Goldeneye track!
