I visited Plantain Palace in Abuja with world renowned Brian Nwanna who happens to be the current Guinness World Record holder for the most restaurants visited in 24 hours.
It was my first time trying Bole, roasted yam, fish, chicken ( made with local seasoning), and ponmo and I was blown away.
Spoiler: Roasted yam was my favorite. Putting everything in to my mouth at once was a burst of flavor
