How I figured out what I wanted to do for work

So you want to quit your job, but have no idea what you want to do instead. When you're lost, there's a simple (but not easy!) way to figure out your next step. I picked up this habit during a time in my first career when I was at an all-time low. I was lost and didn't know what to do. Until now, I still take the time to do this, at least once every 1-2 weeks, to center myself and organize my thoughts. #multiplecareerspodcast #multiplecareers #journaling
