Big Announcement - The End of the Brutale & GTO models

We have a big announcement to make.
For the past twelve years we have been creating our Handmade Collection (GTO/Brutale models) with a lot of love and attention to detail. However, during the turbulent COVID years it became increasingly difficult to keep up with demand and to keep production going smoothly.

For a small company like Adapt, that took its toll on us personally. With a lot of changes happening behind the scenes as well, we have decided to make a big change with Adapt for 2024...

We are going to stop producing the Handmade Collection as of January 21st 2024.

In this last year we were reminded of what made us start Adapt in the first place and what we like doing the most - developing unique, high-tech boots on a small scale. Right now we find the most joy in creating our Masterpieces collection. We will continue further exploring this world and are excited to branch out into new sports as well.

So, this is not the end of Adapt; it’s merely the beginning!

The technical info:
We will continue with the production of (custom) Brutale and (custom) GTO models until January 21st 2024. We feel that our 2023 Handmade Collection is the best version of the Brutale and GTO model and we are still very proud to produce these models for you in the next couple of months.

All models produced after this announcement will be ‘Final Edition’ models. They will be numbered and will come with a special booklet about the development and history of the Handmade Collection. We are also releasing a final special colorway of the Jon Fromm Brutale model to go out with a bang!

After January 21st 2024 we will stop taking on orders for the Brutale and GTO models. We will continue with a newly developed Masterpiece collection as of 2024.

We will also continue with Symetrics hardware. We will continue producing Quattro frames, Hyperframes, UFS Flat frames, wheels and bearings. We will make sure to be able to provide you with any model-specific replacement parts like boltprotectors, straps, laces and lining pieces for the foreseeable future.
