Meshtastic Device Output Over 1 Watt? Stop immediately!

In this video, which took about a month in research, I tried my best to answer two questions. First what is the legal maximum power output for any ISM Band device. Second what, if any, are the regulations on sending encoded/encrypted messages. I strived to give you actual evidence from the FCC/Government, so I do not hand you hear say.
