In this video, we're skiing lines on Cowboy Ridge on Friday, January 9, 2026. Usually, when we're exploring areas for the first time, it's hard to find any sense of flow. Stevens Pass is covered in really tight trees and steep, gnarly terrain so we're often just picking our way down slowly. But today things opened up a bit.
We both ripped some spines, drops, and turns and I'm super freaking proud of that backflip. Plus, any day traversing, hiking, and climbing on the ridge is a good day.
This was the last real pow day before temps warmed back up and rain hit the mountains. Now most of the base has melted away again for now. What an odd winter it's been so far.
