Looking for a healthy, high-protein meal? These low-cal Persian cutlets are perfect for lunch or post-workout dinner! 🍽️💪
Ingredients:
300g potatoes
250g ground beef
2 medium onions
1 garlic clove
1 egg
Salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric
1 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tsp mustard
A dash of chili sauce, salt, oregano & dried mint
Steps:
1. Grate potatoes & squeeze water
2. Grate onions & squeeze liquid
3. Mix all ingredients together & knead well
4. Shape cutlets ~100g each
5. Store in fridge 2 days or freeze 1 month
6. Air fry 20 min at 200°C
7. Serve with lettuce, tomato, olives & sauce – high-protein meal
