Mishkak is made with chicken meat or with lamb, some places also use beef meat. The important point of this kebab is that they use tamarind sauce, which multiplies the taste of the kebab. Besides Mishkak, they also have street burgers, which are very delicious and served with their own bread and baked potatoes.

در نزدیکی خیابون الموج مسقط اومدیم معدن میشکاک این غذای خیابونی بسیار خوشمزه که معروفترینشون هلال برجر هست که اینجا شعبه ی الهیل شونه. میشکاک با گوشت مرغ هست یا با گوسفند بعضی جاها از گوشت گوساله هم استفاده می کنن.نکته‌ مهم این کباب استفاده از تمرین سس یا سس تمر هندیه که خوشمزگی کباب ‌و‌ چند برابر میکنه. در کنار میشکاک برگرهای خیابونی هم دارن که خیلی لذیذه و با نون مخصوص خودشون که با سیب زمینی پخت شده سرو می شه.
