Meet Anshifa and Arifa, two sisters from Edappal, Malappuram, who have mastered the ancient martial art of Kalaripayattu under the guidance of their father, Haneefa. What started as a childhood training has now become their way of life. Today, they inspire and teach over 70 students, passing on the discipline, grace, and power of Kalari to the next generation. For them, Kalari isn’t just an art — it’s a lifestyle rooted in tradition, strength, and balance.
