今天我會跟大家說膝關節半月板撕裂, 首先我們理解下膝關節半月板在哪裡呢?
這就是我們膝關節這是髕骨, 上面就是我們的大腿骨下面是小腿骨. 打開髕骨時就會看見膝關節中間就有兩個半月板在這裏, 而這兩個半月板是幫助膝關節做一個活動的. 他是一個軟組織也可稱作軟骨是一個C字形狀的. 像一個咕𠱸來幫我們卸壓和避震, 亦幫助膝關節活動可以令到膝關節彎曲及伸直但當半月板撕裂的時候徵狀就是包括病人膝關節會痛, 會有紅腫 關節好像鎖上了....

Today I will talk about meniscus tear. First Let us understand where is the meniscus. This is our knee joint, above the patella are our femur and below is tibia. When we move away the patella, you can knee joint. Between the knee joint there are two meniscus. The meniscus helps the knee move as it is a soft tissue like cartilage shaped like a C alphabet. Similar to a cushion for shock absorption & weight bearing. It allows for bending and extend the knee. When there is meniscus tear, symptoms include swelling, pain and locking of knee joint when bending
