This summer, our second-year Isomo Academy Scholars participated in Isomo's Innovative Leadership course, which culminates in a Model Umushyikirano Lab, inspired by Rwanda’s tradition of accountability leadership. This hands-on project places Scholars in focus delegations within real-world institutions—both public and private—where they analyze case packages containing key data, challenges, and questions tied to the country’s Sustainable Development Goals.
The course allows Scholars to begin addressing Africa’s most pressing challenges through real-life cases and profiles, emphasizing the urgent need for effective, ethical, and community-centered leadership. We are so proud of this year's delegates and moderators who did an incredible job presenting their research and solutions this term.
