2 tbsp virgin coconut oil
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp pure apricot oil
2 tbsp extra dark black Jamaican castor oil
10 to 20 drops peppermint oil
6 capsules of MSM or 1 tbsp of MSM
