A blend of creamy custard and soft and fluffy sponge cake that achieved thr perfect balance of sweetness, lightness and richness..

1/4 cup white sugar
2 tbsp water
Custard
2 egg yolk
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Lemon zest
Vanilla extract
Cake
1egg yolk
11/2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup evap milk
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tap cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp Pinch of salt
2 egg whites
2 tbsp white sugar
1/4 tsp white vinegar or lemon juice
