CHITAI GOLU DEVTA :-
Chitai Golu Devta is a local deity in the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand, worshipped as the "God of Justice". Devotees believe he answers prayers, and the Chitai temple, near Almora, is famously adorned with thousands of bells and handwritten petitions left by people seeking his intervention. He is considered an incarnation of Lord Shiva as Gaur Bhairav, and the temple's tradition involves writing requests on paper and tying a bell to the temple once a wish is fulfilled.

JAGESHWAR DHAM:-

Jageshwar temple is a large Hindu pilgrimage complex in Uttarakhand, dedicat ed to Lord Shiva and believed to be the site of the 8th Jyotirlinga. Located in the Almora district, the complex features about 125 ancient stone temples and 174 sculptures set amidst deodar forests and the Jata Ganga river. The temples, built between the 7th and 18th centuries, are a protected heritage site under the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) and are known for their historic architecture and serene environment.

Temple Complex: A cluster of approximately 125 temples dedicated to Lord Shiva, along with some temples for other deities like Durga and Hanuman.
