On that page, you can find my free sewing pattern for a doll's circle skirt. That's what you see me using to cut out two full circles of fabric, but please note the alteration to my pattern; I added an inch and a half to the outer circumference, all the way around. (In other words, make your circle another three inches in diameter.)
