333 Style Challenge | 9 Items | 16 Outfits

As a maximalist, a capsule wardrobe has never been a priority for me. I always viewed them as restrictive and unimaginative.

But when I was asked about doing a capsule wardrobe video, I thought why not try it? I’d heard about a style challenge that was popular on TikTok and decided to look into it.

The 333 style challenge consists of 3 tops, 3 bottoms and 3 pairs of shoes and figuring out how many outfits you can come up with.

I was inspired by @rachspeed and her video that made it look easy. And we love easy around here! 😂

Note: This is not the same as the challenge when you take 33 items and wear them for 3 months

The main thing for me was choosing pieces that not only go well together, but that I actually enjoy wearing. I was still able to personalize the challenge so it included prints and colors.

In all I came up with 16 looks ( I could have done a few more but ran out of gas near the end). Overall this was a good experience! It really showed me how many looks you can create with just a few pieces.
