Nursing school doesn't prepare you for your first job and that can be a very lonely feeling as you are graduating and realizing you will be getting a nursing job and may not feel ready. Being a new grad nurse is so hard. You graduate from nursing school and so often do not feel ready to be a nurse at all. And guess what? Nobody is! Nursing school does not make you ready to start your job as a new grad nurse. Your job will do that. So if you are a new grad nurse and don't feel ready to be a nurse? This is for you.
