One of the most crucial parts of mattress production is preparing mattress carcasses. While the mattress side foam and top felting were being prepared with solvent-based glue, it is passed to the hotmelt system to provide worker health, and good smell& hygiene on the mattress in the latest Year. Our M-MELT Automatic Holtmelt Glue Line has reduced the number of personnel and raw material of glue in daily mattress production and also increased the amount of production. This gluing system maximizes worker health and hygiene on the mattress, as a result of being scentless.
