PLAYING CS:GO THEN vs NOW

In the video, I show with a simple meme I made using the Doomer from this video (   • a real day in life of a REAL introvert  ) an interesting and quite common phenomenon in the world of competitive gaming.
Back in the day when we started playing a game, in this case, CS:GO, the gameplay was fun even though we weren't the best.
Getting better brought huge satisfaction and joy.
However, once we reached a really high level, the game became way less enjoyable.
Now, we play more out of obligation than for fun and feel burned out...
