DELICIOUS HOMEMADE DRIED SHRIMP AND EGGS FRIED RICE. GEBAKKEN RIJST MET DROGE GARNALEN EN EIEREN
Ingredients
2 cups of cooked rice
4 garlic cloves
1/2 onion
1/2 cup of dried shrimp
1 veggie cube
2 eggs
pinch of salt
1-2 hot peppers
Preparation
cut the pepper
wash the shrimp
mash the shrimp
cut the onion and garlic
beat the eggs
heat up 1-2 tbsp of oil

shrimp
add more oil if needed
peppers
add the eggs around the spices
add the rice when the eggs are fried
break loose any rice chunks
veggie cube
taste test
add some salt if needed
keep stir frying till done
