Fast Editing For Architecture Photography and Real Estate Photography in Lightroom

Getting photos back to our clients quickly while maintaining quality is vital for a successful architecture photography or real estate photography workflow.
In this tutorial I'll share my techniques for very quickly getting my photos from their raw state into a version that can be sent back to my client. I use this technique for my initial proofing. The goal being to give the client a feel for what the finished photo will look like without spending unnecessary time editing shots that they may not want.

This approach may also be very useful for real estate photographers who also value speed of turnaround high on their priorities.

Of course there are superior techniques for higher image quality but the time needed to achieve those results goes up dramatically. Make sure you dleiver what the client needs without spending time you really didn't need to!
